Common Returns Questions

What if my items arrived damaged or I received the wrong item?

If your items arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item, please email with your name and order number. You do not need to initiate a return in the Returns Center for the damaged or incorrect items.

How do I return my items?

Enter your email above to begin the process. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions and a pre-paid shipping label to return your items back to Knockaround. You will also instantly receive a store credit coupon code equivalent to the amount of the items being returned. You can go shopping right away for new items if you'd like! Any amount you don't use will be credited back to your card once we receive your items. If you spend more than the value of the coupon code, you will proceed through our standard checkout process to pay your final balance. 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your items you will get your refund within 1 - 4 business days. We will send a confirmation email when the refund is complete. We will refund any unused portion of the store credit coupon code.

What items are returnable?

  • Items purchased in the last 30 days that are unworn, unused, and undamaged.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

What items are non-returnable?

  • Custom Shop products, Special Releases, and Knock Boxes.
  • International orders.
  • Items marked as final sale.

Can I return a gift?

Yes! If you received a Knockaround product as a gift and wish to exchange it, email for help. You can send your unwanted items back to Knockaround and receive store credit to pick out something new. Don't worry, the gift giver will not be notified.
